Been awhile...

Its been awhile. A long while.

Boys have grown lots since I last posted. Wish I could stay dedicated to Blogging but my life just gets to busy or there is not enough things to post about in a day. Hey! Some days have to be boring right?

A Few days ago we had Halloween.

Caleb was a red power ranger which funny enough was mistaken for Iron man and transformers a little to often. Caleb was truly not impressed by the people who didn't get it right.
Elijah was Batman! Everyone loves Batman and he truly did it wonders running around letting his cape blow in the wind. I don't think he had much fun actually trick or treating though all because mommy kept telling him to get his hands outta the bag!
And then Aaron was a Ninja! He had more fun chewing on the outfit then wearing it, but its the same for most of his clothes! He was very excited though kept screaming Happy Halloween and trick or treat to everyone who walked by!

It was a great night and they made out like bandits! Now if i can just get them to forget about there candy once in a while! DoH!

finished Dragon Ball Z products :)

Of course both had a tiny bit of help from mommy! :)

This last week has been complete Hell with the boys! Ever since Kenny had them for the weekend they decide they don't have to listen to mommy. so I have been enforcing time outs and stuff to get them back to where they were! this is why I have not written in a few days. I wish they had a manual to these children gosh that would make my life stress free. well almost. Caleb has learned to type his name, and Aaron was signed up for Summer school yesterday so he doesn't have any regression! I do now know what they have been working on so i can help him with it at home. I am thinking about buying a small American flag and doing pledge of allegiance in the mornings because that is one thing they are working on and want Aaron to continue to work on. Plus, the other 2 need to know it for school anyway. I will work with Aaron on colors, shapes, and counting to 10 every time he is asked. he will be in the first grade next year and he should be with the same teacher.

On another note the boys are addicted to dragon ball z the watched a episode of it today and then they had to color a picture of it.. its at the top of the blog..i dunno how big its gonna turn out though! I am hoping to put up a finish product but the kids usually run off with the picture afterwards and they are never to be seen again!!! well thats it for this post. ta ta for now!

Today we did our normal routine, but i decided to change it up a bit. Usually we eat lunch then go climb in bed for naps, but today we decided to go play outside after we ate. It was windy and cool out. There were grey clouds looming overhead, i just knew we had very little time before it started to pour. Some Kids had thrown a ball over the fence a week ago and never came to ask for it back, so i made a point to go get it for the boys since that side of the yard is gates off as a dog run ( even tho we dont have a dog). Caleb had a great time kicking the ball around. I think he will enjoy Soccer and be very good at it. He had some great skill running and kicking the ball as he went. I will have to make absolutely sure I enroll him in it next season. Elijah ran around the yard doing his favorite thing, Picking the dandelions! He also picked up the freshly cut grass and piled it all into his cubby hole that sits in the back of his trike. He is most absolutely going to be my mudd pie boy! Then they decided to color on the sidewalk with the chalk. Caleb drew a smiley face with hair and instructed me to draw glasses on it, while Elijah drew beautiful perfect scribbles! Something caught both of their attention... at the same time.

"Mommy! a Baby Ant!!!" Caleb screams and Elijah follows suit. That poor little ant ran as fast as it could but couldnt hide or out run my 2 curious boys. They attempted to feed the ant some Dandelions. The ant ducked and weaved through them. I told Caleb I was pretty sure that the Ant already had lunch, but he insisted the ant have a snack. Eventually it got away and the boys went on coloring ..just to spot another one and follow it all over the patio. I love how curious their little minds are. Its so Fascinating! It makes me smile when they are so into something that an adult wouldn't even think twice about. Being a Parent really makes you re-live all the small wonders of the world. Even if it is just an Ant!

Introductions:

First is Aaron, My cute redheaded spitfire of a 6 year old. Aaron has challenges in his life, such as a past brain injury, and autism. Aaron only functions mentally at a 2-3 year old level. He is such a Joy to have around though! Perfect in every way. Even through a tantrum.

Caleb is my funny 4 year old. With attitude and spunk he can sure make you giggle. He is very outgoing and athletic. And in his words "Caleb is Smart!" He is alittle behind on speech, but u cant tell by the way he rambles on :) Gotta love him!

Elijah, My attitude stricken 2 year old!! Maybe its just the age? He doesnt let anyone mess with him, or tell him what to do. NOT EVEN MOMMY! I spend most of my day running after him. and scolding him for trying to find food in the kitchen! this boy has one crazy appetite! Elijah is def a handful. i call him my little Turd :D

Well I thought I would start a blog of my experiences as a mother to 3 wonderfully outta control, sweet boys!

I am sure I will post in this blog numerous times a day, and sometimes not at all. Depends on how crazy they are driving me. We should have fun though, and be taken through some great adventures. Cant wait to share the chaos with all :) I will share pictures of art work and silliness as often as I can.
